What is LivinQuest? How does it work?
LivinQuest is a gamified fitness and travel loyalty app. You walk, run, or cycle to complete “Missions.” Each kilometer earns you points. You can then redeem those points for real‑world experiences – kitesurfing, diving, horse riding, weekend retreats, and more. It’s fitness that actually takes you somewhere.
Do I need to be a professional athlete to use LivinQuest?
Not at all. LivinQuest is for anyone who wants to move more and explore more. Whether you’re taking your first walk of the week or training for a marathon, every step counts.
Is the app free?
Yes – you can download and track missions for free. Free users can see their route, time, distance, and speed. However, only active members earn points that can be redeemed for excursions.
How do I sign up?
Download the LivinQuest app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email or Google account. Choose a unique Agent codename and start your first mission.
What activities can I track?
Currently, LivinQuest tracks walking, running, and cycling. We plan to add more activities in future updates.
Can I track a mission without an internet connection?
Yes. Missions are saved locally when you’re offline and automatically sync to your account once you’re back online. You never lose your effort.
How do I earn points?
Every mission (walk, run, or cycle) earns points based on distance and activity type. You earn points only if your subscription status is Active or Trial. Free users can track but do not earn redeemable points.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be exchanged for real excursions and activities listed in the Experiences tab – for example: kitesurfing lessons, scuba diving trips, desert horse riding, weekend wellness retreats and more.
Do points expire?
Points earned during your active membership or trial period never expire while your account remains active. If you downgrade to a free plan, you keep your points – you just need to upgrade again to earn more.
What can I redeem my points for?
Yes. Explore the experiences tab, tap the “Book” button. and we’ll take it from there.
What data does LivinQuest collect?
We collect email address, Agent codename, location data (GPS) during missions, fitness activity (distance, speed, duration), and device information. We do not sell your personal data.
Why do you need location permissions?
To track your route, distance, speed, and pace while you walk, run, or cycle. The app requests permission only when you start a mission. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.
Is my health data shared with third parties?
No. Your location and fitness data are only used to provide the LivinQuest service. We never share it with advertisers or third parties without your explicit consent.
